Once you click ‘book’ on Flywallet, you need to approve the transaction in Valora.
When you do this, be sure you are not closing the Flywallet window/pop-up/application as you transition. This will cancel the transaction, as will clicking out.
Once the transaction is approved on Valora, a message will appear indicating it’s safe to return to the Flywallet application. When you return to Flywallet, wait for the message saying the transaction was successful.
Important note: If you accidentally close the Flywallet application while opening Valora, try booking again. This time, when you go to Valora, you may see a message to approve the old transaction. To avoid this, refresh both applications before trying the booking process again.
If you’re still having issues, disconnect the Flywallet Dapp from your Valora. Go to Settings > Connected Dapps and then click Tap to Disconnect on the Flywallet Dapp. Now reconnect your Flywallet and try the process again.
